All services are subject to a separate written and signed contract that governs the specific scope, pricing, and terms of each project.

5. Estimates & Payment Terms

All estimates provided by American Impact & Energy LLC are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued. Estimates are approximate and may be adjusted based on material costs, site conditions, or changes to the project scope. No work begins until a written, signed contract is executed by both parties. Payment terms, including deposits and progress payments, are specified in the individual contract for each project.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Impact & Energy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid to us under the applicable written contract.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.
